Receiving Server Error Downloading PDF items

The Adobe Extension for Chrome is causing an issue for the PDF’s to be downloaded from the Prism system. 


You will see a screen like this if you're having this problem


 

To disable this, open Chrome://extensions

 

Go to the system Icon

Select Manage Extensions and then select Adobe Acrobat below.

 

 

 

Once disabled you should be able to retrieve the PDF files without issue.  If you continue to experience problems please let me know.
