Adobe Form Fields Blank after being filled out by outside user.

This issue occurs when someone outside our organization uses a non-adobe pdf platform such as apple preview or browser based pdfs. When they save the pdf to send back to us, it has been saved as a non-adobe pdf, and this issue where the form fields appear blank. Note that in previewing the pdf in outlook, the form fields will appear correctly.

This is just a bug in their border hover color for fields, and the simple solution is to disable that feature.

In our adobe install, go to..

Edit --> Preferences --> Forms

               Uncheck 'Show Border hover Color for Fields'

This should immediately remedy the issue
