VPN Password Reset/Clear

1.Click on the Windows Logo or Cortana Search Box and type in – VPN

2.Select VPN Settings

3.From here select the down arrow as shown below to show more options.

4.Once selected click on Advanced options

5.From Advanced options click on Clear sign-in info

6.Once Clear sign-in info has been selected you will notice the username and password disappear, see the below example

7.Once you have done this, attempt to connect to the VPN as normal, and it will ask you to sign in again. This new information will then be saved.
