To reset your password for the ESC Self-Service Portal (https://esc.prismhr.com/esc/auth/#/login?lang=en)
Click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen
On the next screen, enter your Username and click submit. Your username is not your email address.
You will receive an email address with instructions to reset your password.
